A DEEPER HYDRATION: THE HAND-SCRUB!
Today, a customer came into the store desperate due to the sudden arrival of winter. She hurriedly took off her gloves, showing me her dry, cracked hands because of the constant alternation between the cold wind and the heating.
"I finished my hand cream again, look how dry it is!"
Dry hands at this time of year is very common and if every winter you find yourself in the same situation while still constantly hydrating your hand’s skin, but without solving the problem, I have an advice that can help you.
When we spread the cream on the hands we must first remove the dead skin. A hand-scrub, for example, quickly eliminates the old and last skin layer! In this way we do not even waste the cream because it will be applied directly on the new skin already ready to absorb the active ingredients.
Follow my hand-scrub routine to get a silky smooth skin. Remember: for lasting efficacy, always choose natural or organic products.
- Fill a large bowl with half a liter of warm water and grate the Marseille Solid Soap for about fifteen times. Normally I use the part of the grater that leaves larger flakes.
- Take the Exfoliating Pad with olive pits and stroke both the back and the palm in a circular motion. I make sure that every part of the hand comes into contact with the pad three times. My advice is: do not be aggressive when using exfoliating sponges!
- To avoid redness, dab your hands with a cotton towel.
- Take the Nourishing Hand and Nail Cream and moisturize the skin, massaging it until it is completely absorbed.
Let me know in the comments if you have tried my routine and tell me if you like it!
